BIO

Spencer is a Research Specialist with the Unoccupied Aircraft Systems (UAS) Team at the Spatial Analysis Lab (SAL). Spencer joined the SAL in 2019 as an intern and graduated from UVM in 2020 with a B.S. in Environmental Sciences and a minor in Geospatial Technologies. In their current role, Spencer coordinates a variety of UAS research projects, carries out flight operations and data processing, develops UAS training workshops, and mentors UAS interns and student employees.
