BIO
My research interests are ecosystem ecology and fish population dynamics in the Great Lakes and connected waterways. At UVM, I am using long-term datasets to quantify variation in forage fish communities of Lake Champlain in the context of environmental change, non-native species introductions, and piscivorous fish populations. Previous research projects have focused on restoration of fish and invertebrate communities in small tributary streams and food webs in coastal wetlands. I'm a Midwest transplant who enjoys cross-country skiing, cooking, and trail running!
